This policy explains what PurpleClean collects when you use our website and services, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and mobile number when you create an account.
• Pickup and delivery addresses you save.
• Your orders, payments and any notes you give us.
• If you sign in with Google, your Google account name and email address.

How we use it

• To collect, clean and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To send order updates on WhatsApp. Reply STOP at any time to turn them off.
• To issue invoices and keep records we are required to keep by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service (hosting, messaging), under confidentiality.

Your choices

You can update your profile and addresses in your account. To delete your account and data, contact us and we will do it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Cookies and storage

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s storage to remember your basket. We do not use advertising trackers.
